目前由于高职学生的专业特点和接收学生顶岗实习企业的能力有限，造成很多学生的实习企业和实习地点过于分散，这导致实习指导教师无法集中进行辅导和考核，造成对学生的实习效果难以把控；从加强过程管理和制度建设方面，给出了几点意见和建议。%At present, due to the professional characteristics of vocational college students and limit of enterprises receiving students' post practice, it causes that the practice enterprises and the practice places of many students are too scattered, which leads to the practice guidance teachers can not focus on counseling and assessment, resulting in the internship effect of students is difficult to control.
