核电站P320系统电缆屏蔽及接地方式的改造

         

摘要

本文针对核电机组汽轮机调试期间在某功率平台稳定时发生蒸汽调节阀门波动的问题进行分析,发现汽轮机控制和保护系统(P320)的信号电缆屏蔽及接地方式存在缺陷,存在重大跳机跳堆隐患,同时可能对堆芯功率造成非常大的扰动,甚至存在触发安注的风险,威胁着堆芯的安全。考虑到其对核电机组安全稳定运行的重大影响,通过对P320系统相关信号屏蔽及接地方式进行改造,避免了因蒸汽调节阀门波动对机组的重大影响,确保了机组的长期安全稳定运行。%This article analyzed the steam regulating valve fluctuation problem on a stable power platform during nuclear power steam turbine debugging, and found that the turbine control and protection system (P320) signal cable shielding and grounding method was flawed, and there was big trip risk, and it may cause big disturbance to the core power, and can even trigger injection, threatening the safety of the reactor core. Considering the major effect on the safe and stable operation of nuclear power unit, by transforming the related signal shielding and grounding method of P320 system, the effect of steam regulating valve fluctuations is avoided to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit.
