基于铣削加工振动信号的三谱分析

         

摘要

Three spectral analysis method is a new signal processing method in the theory of higher order spectral analysis. Compared with the dual spectrum analysis, the three spectral analysis can represent more information about nonlinear and non Gauss. This paper uses the experimental method, through the vibration signals of 45 steel in different cutting parameters, the surface profile signal of the workpiece and the three spectral contour analysis processing of its elated signal to intuitively and accurately reflect nonlinear information of vibration signal in the milling process. It is extracted that the natural vibration frequency of the workpiece vibration system is 0.30π which can be used to guide practice.%三谱分析方法是高阶谱分析理论中的引申出的一种新的信号处理方法,相比双谱分析,三谱分析能表示更多有关非线性、非高斯性的信息。本文运用实验的方法,通过对45号钢在不同切削用量下工件振动信号、工件表面轮廓信号以及其的关联信号的三谱等高线分析处理,直观准确地反映铣削过程中振动信号的非线性信息,从而提取出铣削加工工件振动系统的固有振动频率为0.30π,可用于指导实践。
