以在行为安全管理领域取得重要安全效益的柴里煤矿“人体管理模型”为分析基础，分别从科学安全文化体系建设、打造学习型组织以及发展绿色安全管理等三个方面，探寻实现行为安全有效控制的技术途径及管理方法，从而为实现有浓郁中国特色的行为安全管理体系的完善发展奠定坚实的基础。%Based on the model of body management of Chaili coal mine which obtained important safety benefit in the field of behavior safety management, and from the aspects of scientific safety culture system construction, building learning organization and developing green safety management, it explores technological approaches and management methods to effectively control behavior safety, which aims to establish sound basis for implementing the improvement and development of safety management system with rich Chinese characteristics.
