The enterprise safety education training mechanism innovation is the key to ensure safe and orderly production. Based on the analysis of the concept of accident case adaption and the main difficulties, this paper tries to expound the strategies to improve enterprise safety training efficiency based on accident case adaption from three aspects: knowledge transfer and receiving between safety trainers and employees, absorption and internalization of knowledge of safety training of staff, and safety trainers' teaching style, so as to provide certain advice for the security and sustainable development of enterprises.%企业的安全教育培训机制创新是确保其安全生产实践安全化有序进行的关键。在分析提出事故案例生活化的概念及其面临的主要困难的基础上，试图从安全培训者与员工间的知识传递与接收，员工自身对安全培训知识的吸收与内化以及安全培训者自身的授课风格等三个方面来阐释基于事故案例生活化的企业安全培训效率提升策略，以为企业的安全可持续发展提供有一定参考价值的建议与启发。
