建筑室外散水质量不仅影响工程观感质量，甚至影响到建筑功能性要求，本文以天马风情线湖滨壹号项目为出发点，阐述了散水可能出现的几种质量问题，并对质量问题进行了分析，提出了治理措施。%Building outdoor water apron quality not only affects the visual quality, but also even affects the building functional requirements.
