The rapid development of market economy in China has greatly promoted the development of the real estate investment, and real estate investment has the characteristics of large investment, long cycle and strong integrity, making the project investment with high risk, so the investment risk analysis and management is important. Especially in recent years, real estate investment overheating and rapid growth has contributed to the increase of real estate project investment risk. In view of the present situation and problems of real estate investment risk management, it is very important to do well in investment project risk management.
