房地产项目投资风险简析

The rapid development of market economy in China has greatly promoted the development of the real estate investment, and real estate investment has the characteristics of large investment, long cycle and strong integrity, making the project investment with high risk, so the investment risk analysis and management is important. Especially in recent years, real estate investment overheating and rapid growth has contributed to the increase of real estate project investment risk. In view of the present situation and problems of real estate investment risk management, it is very important to do well in investment project risk management. From the perspective of real estate investment enterprises, this paper analyzes the importance of project investment risk management, and puts forward specific measures, which has very important reference value for risk assessment of real estate project investmen.%随着我国市场经济的快速发展,大大促进了房地产投资的发展,而房地产投资具有投资大、周期长、整体性强等特点,使得其项目投资具有高风险性,这就决定了对其进行投资风险分析与管理的重要性。特别是近年来,房地产投资过热、增长过快,助长了房地产项目投资风险的增加,针对房地产投资存在的风险管理现状及问题,做好投资项目的风险管理至关重要,本文从房地产投资企业的角度出发,分析项目投资风险管理的重要性,并提出具体的应对措施,对于评估房地产项目投资、避免风险带来损失具有非常重要的参考价值。
