The paper gives the standard management system framework which takes the integration of culture, business, mechanism, management as the characteristics of the company, clears the standardized management system framework which takes the standardized implementation path, incentive and restraint mechanisms, coordination mechanism, evaluation and continuous improvement as the main content. As a typical example of standardized management, the company achieved the collaborative improvement and upgrading of the economic benefits, social benefits and technical benefits. Its practice provides a reference for the implementation of standardized management.
