面向产业链岗位群的差异化人才培养策略——以机械设计与制造专业为例

         

摘要

In this paper, aiming at the problem of bad docking in the emerging industry demand for talent cultivation of higher vocational talents under the upgrading of advanced equipment manufacturing industry transformation, comprehensively consider the differentiation demand of enterprises on the industrial chain; from marketing theory, put forward the differentiation strategy of talents cultivation for the post group of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry chain, to achieve the good docking in the needs of the enterprises for college cultivation of professional talents, which can not only provide high quality talents for the enterprise, but also help students find occupations suitable for their own development.%针对先进装备制造产业转型升级下,高职人才培养与新兴产业人才需求对接不良的问题,综合考虑产业链中各类企业和学生的差异化需求,借鉴营销学理论提出面向先进装备制造产业链岗位群的人才培养差异化策略,以实现学校专业人才培养与企业需求的良好对接,不仅为企业提供高质量人才,也为学生找到适合自身意愿发展的职业.
