By taking Dongguan as an example, this paper selects minority Lanzhou Ramen Restaurants and the practitioners as the research sample, uses the related theories of demography and ethnology, uses the in-depth interview, field investigation and questionnaire survey and other method, inspects the process of urban adaptation of ethnic minorities, concludes, refines and sums up the common problems and actively explores ways to improve the urban quality of lives of the minority floating population.%本文以东莞市为例,选取少数民族中兰州拉面馆及从业人员作为研究样本,运用人口学和民族学的相关理论,采用了深入访谈、实地调研和问卷调查等方法,具体考察少数民族在城市适应的过程,对共性问题进行归纳、提炼和总结,积极探寻提高少数民族流动人口的城市生活质量的方法.
