So, to increase the research and development of varieties becomes the inevitable trend of seed industry. At present, the research and development of seed varieties in China is still in the stage of government guidance, but there are a considerable part of the enterprise to increase investment in research and development. Now, the major research and development institutions of seed industry in China are separated from the most seed-sales enterprises.
