本文从大学生党员发展的内在评价指标体系和外在保证机制两个方面研究提升大学生党员发展质量的方法,构建出党员发展质量保障模型,对新时期加强高校党的建设、提高人才培养质量具有现实意义.%This paper studies the methods of improving the quality of the development of undergraduate Party members from two aspects: the intrinsic evaluation index system and the external guarantee mechanism, and builds the quality assurance model for the development of Party members, which is of practical significance to strengthen the party's construction and improve the quality of talent training in the new era.
