Ethnic tourism, as a special form of tourism, attracts more and more tourists' attention. Based on the development of national tourism in China, this paper starts with the study of the key problems restricting the development of tourism in the ethnic minority areas, and analyzes the problems restricting the development of ethnic minority areas from the cultivation of tourism talents in ethnic minority areas, value and property rights definition of the tourism attraction in minority areas, wisdom tourism, tourism crisis management and other issues. The countermeasures of tourism development are put forward to make the tourism of ethnic areas get a better sustainable development.%民族旅游作为旅游的一种特殊形式,越来越引起广大旅游者关注.本文结合我国民族旅游的发展现状,从研究制约少数民族地区旅游发展的关键问题入手,对制约少数民族地区旅游发展中几个问题,围绕民族地区本土化特色旅游人才培养,民族地区旅游吸引物的价值及产权界定,智慧旅游,旅游危机管理等方面问题进行探讨.提出旅游发展的应对措施,使民族地区的旅游得到更好的可持续发展.
