台湾通识教育及启示r——基于对台湾东南科技大学通识教育实践的调研

         

摘要

Taiwan Southeast University of Science and Technology and other colleges and universities have been exploring the philosophy identity, organizational structure, teaching practice and other aspects of general education for a long time and have obtained remarkable results. The successful experience can be summed up from the macro and micro levels: ①top-level system security, leading evaluation, funding support; ②colleges and universities set up general education special institutions, emphasis on general education curriculum design and teaching effectiveness assessment, integrate general education into the whole process of professional teaching, and highlight the role of students. Mainland colleges and universities can learn from the successful experience of general education in Taiwan universities and implement infiltration teaching to promote students' all-round development through macroscopically strengthening top-level design and microscopically setting up special institutions in colleges and universities in the practice of strengthening the education of socialist core value system and improving the practice of Chinese traditional culture education.%台湾东南科技大学等高校在通识教育理念认同、组织架构、教学实践等方面进行了长期的探索,成效显著.其成功经验可以从宏观和微观两个层面予以归纳:①顶层制度保障,主导评鉴,经费支撑;②高校设立通识教育专门机构,重视通识教育课程设计与教学效果评估,将通识教育融渗到专业教学全过程,突出学生主体等.大陆高校可以适当借鉴台湾高校通识教育的成功经验,在加强社会主义核心价值体系教育,完善中华优秀传统文化教育的实践中,通过宏观上加强顶层设计、微观上高校设立专门机构,实施融渗式教学以推动学生全面发展.
