国防特色类高校科研管理人员现状及问题思考

         

摘要

国防特色类高校存在军用和民用两个科研发展方向,在科研管理上具有独特性.能否拥有一支符合国防特色类高校科研管理的专业队伍,将直接影响到高校科研管理工作及科研竞争力.本文针对目前国防特色类高校科研管理队伍中存在着诸多问题,如复合型科研管理人员匮乏等方面进行了分析,提出了应强化培训,加强平台协同,增强科研信息管理系统交流机制,建立合理的考评制度和激励机制等建议.为培养复合型国防特色类科研管理人员,提升高校科研管理队伍的管理能力和水平提供了新思路.%There are two research development directions of universities with national defense characteristics: military and civil, which are unique in scientific research management. Whether these is a professional team suitable for research management of universities with national defense characteristics will directly affect the management of scientific research and scientific research competitiveness. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the research management team of the universities with national defense characteristics, such as lack of compound scientific research management personnel, and puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening the training, strengthening the platform cooperation, strengthening the communication mechanism of scientific information management system, establishing reasonable evaluation system and incentive mechanism and other recommendations. It provides a new idea for cultivating compound national defense scientific research management personnel and improving the management ability and level of scientific research management team.
