Configuration management is the realm of technical management, is an important part of the quality assurance system, which is mainly conducted from the four activities of the configuration mark, control, record and review. Combined with the reality of enterprise configuration management, this paper proposes exploratory ideas and methods on how to implement the requirements of the new military standard of Configuration Management, elaborates the choice principles, key elements and specific content of baselines of configuration.%技术状态管理属于技术管理范畴，是产品质量保障体系的重要组成部分，主要围绕技术状态标识、控制、记实和审核四项活动展开。针对如何贯彻新版国军标《技术状态管理》要求，结合企业技术状态管理实际，提出了探索性的思路和方法，阐述了技术状态项的选择原则、技术状态控制的关键要素和技术状态基线的具体内容。
