随着独立学院在校生人数逐年增加，独立学院学生管理问题也愈加突出。本文首先分析了独立学院辅导员、学生特点及目前的管理现状，在此基础上提出在独立学院学生管理中使用弹性管理。%With the increase in the number of students at independent colleges every year, student management issues in independent college become even more prominent. This paper analyzes the characteristics of counselors and students and the current management status and proposes to use flexible management in the student management.
