To confront with the global climate change, the concept of low carbon economic and low carbon city become more and more popular. The key point of the low carbon economy is to reduce carbon dioxide emission and energy consumption, and its mode of development is the world economic development trend in the future. Low-carbon city is not only the carrier of low-carbon economy, but also the implementation of low-carbon path to economic development. This essay introduces some methods to construct a low-carbon city such as new ways of energy technology, cleaning technology application. Treating the city agglomeration in Henan province as the research object, analyzes the feasibility to building low-carbon city, finally gives some suggestions regarding the strategies of the establishment of low-carbon cities of city agglomeration in Henan province.%为了应对全球气候的变化，低碳经济和低碳城市的概念应运而生。低碳经济的核心是降低能源消耗、减少二氧化碳排放，其发展模式是世界经济的发展趋势。低碳城市是低碳经济的载体、更是低碳经济发展的实施路径。本文简单介绍了低碳城市的构建途径：新能源技术应用、清洁技术应用等。并以中原城市群为研究对象，分析了中原城市群构建低碳城市的可行性，最后提出了关于构建低碳城市群的几点建议。
