高职毕业生的培养和管理是许多高职院校所面临的难题，如何解决这一难题是当前高职院校应该认真思考的课题。本文主要研究了高职院校毕业生问题，并提出了相应的对策。%The cultivation and management of higher vocational graduates is the difficulty faced by many higher vocational colleges.
