基于我国大学生就业难的问题，本文通过对中外大学生就业指导的比较分析，为我国的大学生就业指导提供可借鉴的先进经验，因此完善我国大学生就业指导体系的建设。%Based on the difficulty of college students' employment in China, this article compares the college students' employment guidance in China and foreign countries, in order to provide advanced experience for China's college students employment guidance, thus improving the construction of college students' employment guidance system.
