城市色彩规划在我国现阶段城市规划中占有十分重要的位置，色彩不仅在城市建筑中表现气氛，而且直观的表达视觉效果，具有区分识别功能。为了避免城市特色的消亡，造成“千城一面”的局面，城市中建筑色彩的规划和城市色彩的协调显得更为重要。文本通过对临沂市中心城区色彩采集、归类等方式来分析临沂中心城区的色彩，分析出基调色和部分强调色、辅助色。为更好的改善人居环境，促进精神文明的发展，建设具有特色的临沂城市形象。%City color planning has a very important position in China's urban planning. The color not only expresses the atmosphere in city building, but also has better intuitive visual expression. It has a function of recognition. In order to avoid the disappearance of city's character which may cause a situation that thousands of cities are like one city, it is very important to coordinate city color and make better the color of city building. The paper analyzes the color of the central city of Linyi by collection and classification, to sum up the tone of color and some accent color, to better improve the living environment, promote the development of spiritual civilization and build a distinctive image of the city of Linyi.
