Based on the design and construction of the precipitation and supporting of the train coal-unloading ditch deep foundation pit in Yongji thermal power plant, and aiming at the influence on Nantongpu railway line of the excavation of the train coal-unloading ditch foundation pit, this article introduces the design and construction of the cement-soil pile wall (cement mixing pile) and precipitation in detail, which provides reference for similar projects.%本文主要结合永济热电厂火车卸煤沟深基坑的降水及支护的设计和施工，同时针对火车卸煤沟基坑开挖对南同蒲铁路线的影响、并对水泥土桩墙（水泥搅拌桩）、降水的设计施工作了详细的介绍。为以后类似的工程施工提供了可借鉴的经验。
