大断面开切眼锚网索支护技术研究

         

摘要

为解决王庄煤矿3502回采工作面大断面开切眼的支护难题,分析了锚杆索支护形成的内外承载结构的特点,采用以高预应力锚杆索为核心的主动支护技术,确定了合理的支护参数,并进行了现场工业性试验。矿压观测表明,该支护方式有效控制了巷道围岩变形,取得了良好的支护效果,为“高新精尖”大采高工作面的设备安装和顺利回采创造了条件。3502大断面开切眼所应用的支护方案在技术上优越,经济上合理,可在类似条件的巷道支护实践中参考应用。%To solve the supporting problem of the large section open-off cut of Wangzhuang coal mine 3502 working face, this article analyzed the characteristics of the internal and external bearing structure formed by cable anchor supporting. The active supporting technology with high pre-stress anchor cable as the core was used to determine the reasonable support parameters, and industrial test was carried out. The mine pressure observation shows that the supporting way has effectively controlled the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and has obtained good supporting effect, which creates conditions for the equipment installation and successful extraction of"high top"large mining height working face. The supporting scheme used in the open-off cut of 3502 large section is superior in technology and reasonable in economy, which can be reference in similar conditions of roadway support practice application.
