As an important part of education system, the vocational education has a positive meaning for the development of the productive forces, maintaining the social harmony and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Schools and enterprises are the two main bodies for vocational education, and the two complement each other and are all indispensable. The vocational education without the enterprises or the school has no true sense. Only the close integration of schools and enterprises can play a strong role in promoting social and economic development. This paper analyzes the significance of school-enterprise integration and discusses the design and safeguard measures.%职业教育作为我国教育系统的重要组成部分，对于发展生产力，维护社会和谐，增强企业的竞争力都有着积极的意义。学校和企业是实施职业教育的两个主体，二者相辅相成，缺一不可。离开了学校的职业教育和离开了企业的职业教育，都不是真正意义上的职业教育。只有学校和企业紧密合作，才能对社会经济的发展起到强有力的推动作用。本文分析了了校企一体化的现实意义，探讨了校企一体化的设计和保障措施。
