我国高职院校的创新创业教育在近几年取得了长足的发展。在分析我国高职院校经管类人才培养存在问题的基础上，从教学活动组织、教学管理制度保障、校企教师队伍建设、人才培养质量检测跟踪体系建立等几方面分别给出了建议。%In recent years creative and entrepreneurial education has been made great improvement in professional colleges. On the basis of analyzing problems in the training of Economics & Management students in colleges, some suggestions are given from the perspective of the organization of teaching activities, the security of teaching management system, the construction of teachers in schools and enterprises, the establishment of training and quality inspection tracking system.
