The practice of chemistry graduate is an important part of the teaching process in universities. There are some notable problems in the practice of chemistry for its particularity. This paper investigated the graduate trainee aiming the students turnover in the process of graduation practice, and gave some advices. The authors hope the work will be good for graduation practice of chemistry and management in college.%化学专业毕业的教学实习安排，是高校教学过程中的重要环节。化学专业的实习有其特殊性，存在着一些值得关注的问题。本文针对导致学生实习过程中的流失问题，通过对学生进行了调查，提出了一些对策，以达到能更好的对高校化学专业学生的实习过程进行管理。
