高校专职辅导员在新形势下工作遇到了很多挑战，越来越不适应新发展的要求。本文从“高校专职辅导员忙于事务、对学生引导不够”，“高校专职辅导员年龄偏低经验不足”，“高校专职辅导员待遇偏低、个人发展空间有限”，“高校专职辅导员专业辅导能力不足”等四个方面，阐述了专业老师作兼职辅导员可以解决目前专职辅导员的一些困惑。%Full-time counselors in colleges and universities encounter many challenges under the new situation, and differ from the new development requirement. From four aspects of "full-time counselors in colleges and universities are busy with affairs, and the guide of them for students is not enough", "the full-time counselors in colleges and universities are young and they are lack of experience","treatment of full-time counselors in colleges and universities is low and the personal development space is limited","professional coaching ability of full-time counselors in colleges and universities is insufficient", this paper expounds that the professional teachers as part-time instructors can resolve some confusion of the full-time counselors in current situation.
