Based on the in-depth analysis of the existing evaluation index system of creative cities in China and abroad, from five aspects of creative economy, creative class, social environment, public service and public policy, this paper uses 23 indexes to build up a set of suitable evaluation index system of creative cities of China and expounds the index connotation of this evaluation system.%在深入分析国内外已有的创意城市评价指标体系的基础上，本文从创意经济、创意阶层、社会环境、公共服务、公共政策五个方面，运用23个指标构建出一套适合我国创意城市评价的指标体系，并对该评价体系的指标内涵进行了论述。
