There are many factors that affect the contract price adjustment in practice. Compared with the 08 version, the 2013 list of specifications made a more detailed and systematic explanation of the contract price adjustment factors in the construction stage. This paper focuses on the changes of three factors in the 13 edition and 08 edition, which are: project feature description discrepancy, BOQ missing items and engineering quantity deviation.%合同价款调整实务中的影响因素有很多，2013清单规范下对施工阶段合同价款的调整因素相比08版作了更详细和系统的说明。本文对其中三个因素针对13版和08版的前后变化作分析说明，分别是：项目特征描述不符、工程量清单缺项和工程量偏差。
