Based on intensive analysis of the open economy in Henan province, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is applied to establish the evaluation model of open economy in Henan province. According to this result, the key factors which influence the open economy in henan province are analyzed. The corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.%文章分析了河南省开放型经济发展现状，并运用模糊综合评判方法对河南省开放型经济进行评价。在此基础上分析了影响河南省开放型经济发展的主要因素，提出了相应的对策建议。
