This paper presents a instantaneous cross-phase modulation (T-XPM) effect and narrowband filter based on SOA to achieve the format conversion from high-speed OOK to PolSK, establishes the SOA segmentation model and filter model, and conducts the numerical simulation of the conversion of 40Gbit/s on-off keying (OOK) code to PolSK. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the program.%本文提出了一种基于SOA中的瞬时交叉相位调制(T-XPM)效应和窄带滤波器实现高速OOK到PolSK的码型转换，建立了SOA分段模型以及滤波模型，数值模拟了40Gbit/s开关键控(OOK)码到PolSK的转换。实验结果证明了方案的可行性。
