高性能钢纤维混凝土在超低梁的应用

         

摘要

The 32m ultra low beam is the commonly used beam structure in rail beam construction in China. Using the method of post-tensioned prestressed construction, the crack resistance and strain resistance of high strength concrete often can not meet the technical requirements, and the anti-crack safety coefficient of the beam body is weak. This paper proposes to use the concrete containing steel fiber and mineral admixture DBF to pour the rail beam to improve the brittleness defects of concrete, and improve its crack resistance and tensile properties, thus effectively avoiding the cracking of high strength concrete under the limit stress, and effectively ensuring that the 32m ultra low beam manufacturing technology is reliable, economical and feasible.%32m超低高度梁是我国铁路梁施工常用梁体结构。采用后张法预应力施工,高强混凝土的抗裂性能和抗应变能力往往达不到技术要求,梁体抗裂安全系数差。本文提出采用含钢纤维和矿物外加剂DBF的混凝土浇筑铁路梁,来改善混凝土脆性缺陷,提高其抗裂、抗拉性能,从而有效避免了高强混凝土在承受极限应力时开裂,有效确保了32m超低高度梁制造技术可靠,经济可行。
