本文以中石化在俄罗斯参股石油项目UDM公司为例，从采办管理部门与权限、采办计划的制定、采办流程、库存管理等几个方面对UDM公司设备物资采办管理的科学合理性进行了探讨。%Taking the UDM Company, a share-holding project of Sinopec in Russia as an example,this article discusses the scientific rationality on equipment and material procurement management of the UDM Company from the aspects of procurement department, division of procurement competence, procurement plan, procurement process management and storage management.
