本文首先介绍了经济结构在世界范围内的二元化表现，即知识经济和加工经济并存；然后分析发现该“新二元结构”中加工经济的形成与产品市场、要素市场的失衡有关，并进一步指出加工经济给像中国这样的发展中国家带来了很多问题；最后，文章提出了一系列有针对性的措施来解决上述难题，以期改变发展中国家这种加工经济的格局。%Firstly, this paper introduces the dualization expression of economic structure around the world, it means the coexistence of knowledge economy and production economy. Then the analysis finds that the formation of product economy in the "new duality frame" is related to the imbalance of product market and factor market. And it further points out that product economy brings many problems to developing countries such as China. At the end, the paper puts forward a series of targeted measures to solve the above problems and change the pattern of product economy in developing countries.
