Through analyzing the situation of practicing the credit system in colleges and universities, this paper has been clear about the design goal of the course selection system and conducted a feasibility analysis, and the development process of the whole course selection system is discussed in detail. This paper firstly has carried on the system demand analysis of various types of user roles and respectively discussed the specific requirement of the different roles of three kinds of users-students, teachers and educational administration personnel. An online experimental course reservation system has been constructed, which can improve course selection efficiency.%本文阐述了基于ASP的实验课程在线预约平台的研究背景、意义和现状，通过对高校实行学分制的情况分析，明确了选课系统的设计目的，进行了可行性分析；并对整个选课系统的开发过程进行了详细的论述。本文首先进行了系统各类用户角色的需求分析，分别讨论了三类使用人员———学生、教师和教务管理人员对系统的具体要求，然后给出了在线预约课程的技术实现方式及数据流。最后，通过所构建的实验课程在线预约平台中的两大模块进行验证介绍。实验证明，该平台可以大大提高实验课程的选课效率。
