本文选取了京津冀区域作为研究主体，以2003-2013年的相关数据为基础，运用了数据包络分析（DEA），将物流业和制造业的数据互为输入与输出，分析了该区域近十年以来物流业与制造业的协调发展状况。结果表明：两业在这十年间的整体发展并不协调；以物流业为投入、制造业为产出时，仅有2008年和2013年物流业与制造业的发展是协调的，但规模效益呈递增趋势；以制造业为投入、物流业为产出时，2003至2005年两业的发展是协调的，其他年份均为不协调且规模效益呈递减趋势。据此提出了相关的改进建议。%This study began with evaluation effect between logistics service and manufacturing of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, firstly, used the data (2003-2013) about logistics service and manufacturing of the region to analyze the coordinated development of logistics service and manufacturing in recent decades. The results showed that the overall development of logistics service and manufacturing was not coordinated in recent decades; while put logistics as input, manufacturing as output, logistics service and manufacturing was coordinated development only in 2008 and 2013, but scale benefit showed an increasing trend;while put manufacturing as input, logistics as output, development between logistics service and manufacturing was coordinated from 2003-2005, after that, they were not coordinated and scale benefit showed a decreasing trend. Relevant suggestions for improvement were put forward.
