原子荧光光谱法测定微量Hg气相干扰改进研究

         

摘要

通过研究氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定大批量地球化学样品中微量Hg时的信号叠加干扰,分析找出了干扰产生的原因,并进一步研究改进了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱仪的进样系统。初步改进后,对于多样品测定时所造成的Hg荧光值信号积累有较好的削弱,减少了对后续样品测量结果的干扰,提高了仪器测量的准确度,方法经验证精密度和准确度均能达到日常分析要求。%Through investigating superposition of signal interference when testing trace mercury (Hg) in geochemical samples on a large scale by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, we analyse it and make out the causes of the interference, and further improve the sampling system of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer. After preliminary modification, mercury (Hg) fluorescence intensity caused by multi-samples determination is significantly weakened. It reduces the interference in measuring to follow-up samples and improves the accuracy of the instrument measuring. Methodology experience demonstrates that both precision and accuracy can meet the requirements of daily analysis.
