随着掘进机向着重型化方向发展，所破碎的巷道逐步趋于全岩、硬岩，作为破碎工具的截割头故障率也随之增高，既影响巷道拓展进度，又影响整机的经济实用性。为此以下针对掘进机截割头在使用程中常见的几种故障，细致的分析每一故障引发的原因，并提出了相关的改进方案，提高了此部件的可靠性，为今后截割头设计提供了参考。%With the heavy-industrialization development of boring machine, the cut rock types of roadway are gradually become the broken rock and hard rock. As the cutting tool, the head cutting breakage failure rate also increased, it affects the development progress and effect of roadway, and affects the economic practicality of machine. Therefore, aimed at the several failures of the boring machine cutting head in the process, this paper analyzes the cause of the fault in detail and puts forward the improvement scheme. These improve the reliability of the components and provide a reference for the future design of cutting head.
