This paper analyzes the basic connotation of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "integration of work and study", for the main problems currently existing in talent training mode of private colleges, proposes that the private colleges should make out of the old frame of the traditional "elite" talent training model, construct and select competency-based "school-enterprise cooperation, integration of work and study"talent training mode, update educational philosophy, strengthen the"double qualification"teachers construction and improve training practice conditions and other connotation construction through school-enterprise cooperation, and take the "occupational status ability"as the core to organize the student"work"and"study" rotation teaching, aiming to achieve seamless training of student employment, enhance the educational level and teaching quality and promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of private colleges.%本文分析了“校企合作”、“工学结合”的基本内涵，针对当前民办高校现有人才培养模式存在的主要问题，提出了民办高校必须跳出传统“精英”人才培养模式的旧框框，构建和选择能力本位的“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式，更新办学理念，通过校企合作，加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、完善实训实习条件等内涵建设，以“职业岗位能力”为中心组织学生“工”和“学”轮换教学，旨在实现学生就业无缝式培养，提升办学水平和教学质量，促进民办高校持续、快速健康地发展。
