随着我国经济的不断发展，建设工程得到了长足的发展。建筑工程是一项极其耗费资金的项目工程，当前我国建设工程存在明显浪费现象，一些人利用建设工程的中存在的漏洞谋取个人利益的情况屡见不鲜。为促进我国建设工程与国际相接轨，必须控制建设工程的造价，由于建筑工程的全过程都存在费用消耗，因此对其造价的控制也是全过程的。本文就全过程造价控制在建设工程领域的应用进行探讨。%With the constant development of economy in China, the construction project has been greatly developed. Construction project is very costly, and there is obvious waste phenomenon in the current construction projects in China. It is common that some people seek their own personal interests using loopholes that exist in the construction project. In order to promote China's construction project consistent with the international standard, it is very important to control the construction project cost. Because there is cost consumption throughout the whole process of construction project, the cost control should be throughout the whole process. This paper, discusses the application of whole process cost control in construction project field.
