基于FAN7554的30W LED驱动电源设计

         

摘要

A principle block diagram of power supply for LED driving based on PWM controller IC was presented. Using the PWM IC FAN7554 as the main microchip to design a fly-back LED drive that is designed with an output power of 120W, an output voltage 33V and an output current 0.9A. The circuit can supply drive power for a LED array with 30 tubes with the power of 1 W by using 10 in series and 3 in parallel. And introduces the operation principles of the designed circuit. The power supply for LED driving of this design has passed a series of related electric tests and it has got some satisfactory results in the actual operation, capable of entering the low power LED lighting market, and can be a reference for high performance, low cost low-power LED power supply design.%提出了一种基于PWM(脉冲宽度调制)控制芯片的小功率LED驱动电源的原理框架。采用FAN7554芯片作为主控制器,设计了一款输出功率达30W的反激式LED驱动电源,其输出电压为33V,输出电流为0.9A,可为30只功率为1W的LED管采用10串3并混联方式组成的LED阵列提供驱动电源,并分析所设计LED驱动电源的基本原理。该LED驱动电源经过一系列的电气测试,并在实际运行中得到比较满意的结果,具有进入小功率LED照明市场的能力,且对设计高性能、低成本的小功率LED驱动电源具有一定的指导意义。
