“大学生就业难”越来越成为当今社会的热点问题,女大学生做为一个特殊的就业群体,在一定程度上受到性别的歧视。本文在人力资本等相关理论的基础上,利用层次分析法对六所大学的调研数据进行实证分析。在实证研究基础上文章针对该现状做出了多方面视角的分析,提出了构建男女平等的就业环境、提高女大学生自身综合素质等建议。%"College students’ difficulty on employment" becomes a hot issue in today's society. Based on the human capital and the related theory, this paper uses principal component analysis to analyze the survey data of six universities. On the basis of empirical research, this paper carries out the multiple perspectives analysis aimed at this situation to put forward the suggestions of building the employment environment of equality of men and women, improving female college students’comprehensive quality and so on.
