This paper carries out the in-depth analysis from five aspects of the importance of campus planning design, preparation methods and steps, the shortcomings of the current, the tourism landscape, and puts forward the fundamental construction of the campus planning design and application of landscape, and the trialistic theory of tourism planning and design to improve the ecological environment construction.%本文从校园规划设计重要性、编制方法步骤、现状不足、景观旅游等五个方面进行深入分析，并提出校园基本建设规划设计应用景观与旅游规划设计三元论，提升生态文明环境建设程度。
