随着我国高校教育事业的不断发展进步，高校统战工作也占据着越来越重要的地位，其不仅为高校的改革发展以及和谐校园的构建奠定了良好的基础，而且还关系到我国国家安全以及社会发展，可谓具有重要的战略地位。因此，我们要高度重视高校统战工作的创新发展，树立起整体性观念，结合学校、社会以及国家三方面的发展思路，逐步深入、层层推进统战工作的创新发展。本文中，笔者首先对高校统战工作的战略地位进行了分析说明，然后从不同的角度提出了创新高校统战工作的具体对策，以帮助高校建立起一种创新性、整体性的统战工作格局。%With the continuous development and progress of education career in colleges and universities in China, united front work in colleges and universities occupies a more and more important position. It not only constructs a good foundation for the reform and development of colleges and universities and the construction of harmonious campus, but also relates to national security and social development in China. It has an important strategic position. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the innovation and development of united front work in colleges and universities, establish integrity concept, combines it with the three development direction aspects of school, society and nation to gradually promote the innovative development of united front work. In this article, at the first, the author analyzes the strategic position of united front work in colleges and universities, and then puts forward the countermeasures of innovating united front work in colleges and universities from different angles to help colleges and universities establish a pattern of united front work with innovation and integrity.
