文档管理是项目质量管理的重要组成部分，是质量体系实施并保持有效性的基础。本文通过分析核电营运单位的文档管理模式及控制要求，并对核电工程项目文档管理与控制经验进行了总结，同时指出了文档管理与控制的难点及解决方法。%Document management is an important part of project quality management and the basis of quality system implementation and maintenance of effectiveness. By analyzing the document management mode and control requirements of nuclear power operating units, this paper summarized the document management and control experience of nuclear power engineering project, at the same time points out the difficulties of document management and control and the solutions.
