基于侧向打桩挤土及注浆加固的沉降路基修复工法

         

摘要

According to engineering treatment requirements of the deformation and failure of subgrade settlement, the horizontal lateral piling compaction is effectively combined with the chemical reinforcement effect of grouting to put forward a kind of utility engineering subgrade settlement repair method. The roadbed filling is compacted by the subgrade lateral piling to make the subgrade crowded high and inflation in vertical direction and restore vertical subsidence deformation. By reserving pile pressure grouting channels and holes in the precast, the grouting reinforcement is more convenient and effective. The strength, stiffness and stability of the subgrade ground structure is further repaired by the chemical reinforcement effect of pressure grouting body. The method can be applied to the water damage repair engineering of subgrade.%根据道路沉降变形和破坏问题的工程处治需求,将水平侧向打桩的挤土效应和注浆的化学加固效应有效结合,提出一种工程实用的路基沉降修复工法。通过路基侧向近水平方向的打桩来挤密路基填料,使路基在竖直方向上挤高膨胀,恢复竖向沉降变形。通过在预制桩中预留压力灌浆通道和孔洞,使注浆加固更加便利和有效,通过压力灌浆体的化学加固效应进一步修复路基岩土体结构的强度、刚度和稳定性。本方法可推广应用于路基水毁修复工程。
