摘要

With people's pursuit for food safety and healthy lifestyle, organic vegetables are more and more popular, and organic vegetables industry is developing rapidly. As a new model for sale of organic vegetables, direct supply greatly reduces the circulation, reduces the cost and loss in circulation, and better ensure the quality of vegetables and nutrition. This paper analyzes the development situation of organic vegetables industry and the five competitive structure factors of the direct supply industry and summarizes the business model of organic vegetables direct supply from product integration and service mode, quality control, target customers, marketing mode, etc.%随着人们对食品安全和健康生活方式的追求,有机蔬菜越来越受到欢迎,有机蔬菜行业发展迅速。直供作为有机蔬菜销售的一种新模式,大大缩短了流通环节,降低了流通中的成本和损耗,更好地保证了蔬菜品质和营养。本文分析了有机蔬菜行业的发展现状和直供行业的五大竞争结构因素,从产品整合及服务模式、质量控制、目标顾客、营销模式等方面总结了有机蔬菜直供行业的商业模式。
