复杂地层下定向钻穿越技术的探讨

         

摘要

In view of the technical difficulty of horizontal directional drilling crossing "clay-rock-clay" stepped formation and large thickness and large-size gravel accumulation layer in construction, by taking Yangpu-Macun pipeline engineering S306 crossing project as an example, this paper proposes to ensure the vertical force by increasing the angle pushing to rock, and points out the technical solution of using three reamers connection for the correction and cutting of earth-rock combining layer, which successfully complete the work of crossing complex formations. The technology of directional drilling crossing engineering provides reference for horizontal directional drilling crossing stepped formation and large-size gravel layer in the future application.%针对水平定向钻施工中穿越"黏土-岩石-黏土"的台阶状地层及大厚度大粒径碎石堆积层的复杂地质条件中遇到的技术难题,以洋浦-马村成品油管道工程S306穿越项目为例,介绍了通过增加入岩角度以保证顶推竖向力,并提出了利用三个扩孔器串联对土石结合层处进行修正和切削的技术方案,成功完成了对该类复杂地层的穿越.该定向钻穿越工程的施工工艺,可为今后应用水平定向钻穿越台阶状地层及大粒径碎石层施工提供借鉴.
