跨文化视域之中德SGAVE项目教学探究

         

摘要

The SGAVE project is a Sino-Germany auto electrical and mechanical training talent training cooperation project jointly started by Chinese Ministry of Education, GIZ, five major car manufacturers in Germany (Porsche, BMW, Benz, Audi and Volkswagen) and China's higher vocational colleges. It is aimed to take advantage of Germany's strong technology and rich experience in auto field to build a professional talents training system and develop a training program for auto electrical and mechanical technology talents meeting the national situation of China to train skilled automobile after-sales service talents for the five automobile manufacturers of Germany. Since the start in 2011, this project has reached delectable achievement. This article introduces the teaching practice of Sino-Germany class from the change in four aspects: curriculum system, teaching method, examination mode and teaching effect, hoping to deepen the vocational education reform by Sino-Germany education mode to make China's vocational education dock with the international standard.%中德汽车职业教育合作项目(SGAVE)是经中国教育部与德国国际合作机构(GIZ)、德国五大汽车制造商(保时捷、宝马、奔驰、奥迪及大众)携手我国高职院校联合启动的"中德汽车机电技能型人才培养培训合作项目".旨在充分利用德国在汽车领域雄厚的技术和经验储备,联合构建符合现代汽车维修和维护行业需求的专业人才培养体系,共同开发适应我国国情的汽车机电技术人才培养方案,共同为德国五大汽车生产企业培养具有国际竞争力的技能型汽车售后服务技术人才.该项目自2011启动以来,取得了可喜的成绩.本文从课程体系、教学方法、考核方式、教学效果四个方面的变化介绍了中德班的教学实践,希望借用中德教育模式深化中国职业教育改革,使中国职业教育与国际标准对接.
