数控加工从零件图纸到做出合格的零件需要有一个比较严谨的工艺过程,必须合理安排加工工艺才能快速准确的加工出合格的零件来.本文根据典型螺纹轴套的零件图纸及技术要求,从毛坯、加工设备的选择、刀具的选择及工艺的编排方面对该零件的加工工艺进行了详细的分析.%NC machining needs a more rigorous process from part drawings to a good part, and it must reasonably arrange the processes to quickly and accurately machine qualified parts. Based on parts drawings and technical requirements of typical thread shaft sleeve, this paper analyzes the machining process from workblank, selection of processing equipment, tool selection and process choreography parts in detail.
